Welcome to Powerflow Yoga! Why hot yoga? Sweat, strength, stretch, balance, breath, cardio, discipline, stillness, peace…all under one roof. The sweat allows your body to detoxify. The heat facilitates a deeper, safer stretch. The focus on your breath and emptying of your mind leads to a newfound place of mental and inner peace. Through challenging but tempered physical movement you practice balance, move your body, yet find stillness. Come unfold your yoga mat and sweat and flow with us as you begin to unfold your best self.
Welcome! Once you have signed up for your first class, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins. This gives you time to get comfortable with our environment so you are ready to get the most out of your yoga practice. You may bring your own yoga mat, but we also have some available for rent. You can wear whatever you are comfortable in, but we recommend dressing in fabrics that are moisture wicking. Plan to hydrate before, during and after class. If you forget, we have water for you at the studio. If you have any questions or concerns prior to your class, don’t hesitate to reach out.
